Local Delivery Services

For those living in Berkeley Lake and the surrounding areas, our professional delivery team is ready to do the heavy lifting for you. We treat every piece of furniture with the utmost care, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep in showroom condition. Please note that an additional shipping fee is applied to all delivery orders; this fee is calculated based on your location and the items in your cart to ensure you only pay for what you need. You'll see the final total clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Convenient In-Store Pickup

If you’d rather skip the shipping fees and handle the transport yourself, we invite you to visit us in-person. Simply select the In-Store Pickup option during checkout, and we will set your items aside at our showroom. Once your order is processed and ready for its new home, we’ll send you a notification email. When you arrive, just show us your ID and order confirmation. While our team is always happy to help you load your vehicle, we do recommend bringing your own tie-downs or furniture blankets to keep your new investment secure during the drive home.

Planning for Arrival

Most in-stock items are ready for pickup or delivery within 3–7 business days. If you’ve opted for delivery, our team will coordinate a window that works for you. We suggest measuring your doorways, hallways, and stairwells ahead of time to ensure a clear path for your new furniture. If you ever need to reschedule a delivery or have questions about our service area, our local team is just a phone call away and happy to help.

At our furniture store, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. We understand that sometimes a sofa might feel different in your living room than it did in the showroom, or a color might not catch the light exactly as you expected. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward return and warranty process to ensure you’re never stuck with something that isn't quite right.

Our Return Policy

If your new furniture doesn't fit your space or your style, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for a refund, we ask that items remain in their original, showroom condition. For items picked up at our store, you can simply bring them back to our showroom for a return. If we delivered the item to your home, we can coordinate a pickup for the return, though please note that a return shipping fee will apply to cover the transport back to our warehouse. Once we’ve inspected the item and confirmed its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

We take pride in the quality of the brands we carry, which is why your purchase is protected by a manufacturer’s warranty. This coverage generally protects you against structural defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal household use. While these warranties don't typically cover everyday wear and tear, accidental spills, or damage from pets, they provide peace of mind that your furniture is built to last. If you notice a structural issue or a manufacturing flaw, simply reach out to our team with your order number and a few photos of the concern. We’ll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to coordinate a repair, a replacement part, or a full exchange, depending on the specific warranty terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we go to great lengths to ensure every delivery is perfect, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. We strongly encourage you to inspect your furniture thoroughly as soon as it arrives or before you leave our pickup area. If you spot a scratch, a dent, or if we accidentally sent the wrong color, please let our team know immediately. If a delivery arrives damaged, noting it on the delivery receipt is the fastest way for us to make it right. We are committed to fixing these rare hiccups quickly so you can get back to enjoying your home.
