Home Sales In 2023 Were The Lowest In 28 Years As Affordability Crisis Plagued Americans.

Sales for existing homes, which make up a majority of the housing market, slumped to the lowest level since 1995 as rising prices and sky-rocketing mortgage rates increased unaffordability, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Did you know that there will be, this year, that new apartment construction will reach a historic peak as 420,000 new units are expected nationwide? In fact, multifamily construction in the last two years is at a 50-year high: Apartment completions last surpassed the 400,000 unit mark in 1972.




With that said, as a furniture and home furnishing retailer, WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS TO PROMOTE PRODUCTS FOR SMALL SPACE LIVING?

The average apartment is around 1,200 sq. ft with a rent of $1,500.00 - $2,200.00.

You better start "TAGGING" your products for this factual trend/segment. People are buying "pieces" NOT rooms anymore, so embrace the trend.

While you are at it, you should start tagging all your products that have unique attributes. People search for functionality before they search for “the look”.

Most content from your suppliers is very basic and is VERY POOR in search. A mater of fact, they all pretty much sound the same. 

How are you unique? How are your products unique?

If you don’t invest YOUR time in tagging your products correctly, YOUR customers won’t invest their time finding you.
